We have a Position opening for a:

Rental Equipment Manager

Will Rent It... Is a new business module within an existing business platform to further service our clients’ needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a 1st class organization in a dynamic environment to grow the business from the ground level.

Your primary function as Rental Manager is to manage key relationships and to develop the rental business on all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage rental sales and develop new business on all levels within government | local councils | construction equipment hire companies
• Negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing customers.
• Provide hands on leadership role.
• Plan, co-ordinate and manage customer accounts with a zero debt policy.
• Assist in brand positioning in the market for the rental product.
• Develop close personal relationships with customers to ensure long term customer loyalty.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience is essential in the hire / rental or construction equipment industry.
• Ability to develop and implement asset protection strategies and systems.
• Five years experience in a management / supervisory role.
• Experience in setting up computer systems in accounts payable and receivable.
• Ability to communicate at all customer levels.
• Ability to work under time sensitive pressures.
